Accuweather 2012-13 winter forcast

After almost a half a decade of above average winter temps. Accuweather is finally forecasting
a normal winter for 2012-13. This is based on the condition of the surface temps. in the mid Pacific ocean the El Nino effect, which while very much in evidence in the recent past has tried , but failed to materialize this year.
